I can't contact Shopify Supoort

I've been trying to reach Shopify through chat, ticket or phone but I haven't seen the options in the last 3 days, what has happened? How can I reach support?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting with our support. If you're having issues loading the support options, then I would recommend trying the following: 

1. Clear the cache & cookies of your current browser, restart the browser, and try again 
2. Use Google Chrome Incognito mode 
3. Try a different browser 

One of these steps should help resolve your issue; however, if you're still unable to see the support options, then you can also reach our support on Twitter or Facebook. I'd also be happy to help you here if you're able to provide some insight into the issues you're having.
