I appreciate you sharing your question with our network. It's possible that the log-in credentials saved on your phone are different from the ones you are entering on your desktop computer.
When you log in, the following details must all be entered correctly:
Any wrong combination of the above, will present you with a log-in error. We can rule this out quickly by having you visit our account recovery link. Once you do a password reset, an email will be sent to you for any account you have opened with us.
