I could not post to my store


Hello, I have some problems with my store. It does not accept the sample images I post and cannot link to my Instagram.

Could you provide us with a bit more info here on what seems to be happening when you try to add images?


Are there any error messages on the screen, where are you adding these images and has this issue just begun or has it been ongoing for a while?


I would definitely advise you to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensure your browser is as up-to-date as possible and that you are using one of the supported browsers.


If those steps alone do not help to resolve the issue, I would try using another browser, device or internet connection (try your phone data if possible instead of your wired/wifi connection and vice-versa).
