Hi, @naturepous! That’s great to hear you’d like to reactivate your Shopify account. You can get in touch with a live Support Advisor for assistance with this via chat, or a scheduled phone callback. Alternatively, I’m also available to work through it with you here in this thread too.
However, it is really simple to reactivate your account! All you need to do is login as usual here. Upon signing in, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan, and update your billing information as needed. Once you’ve chosen a plan and any outstanding balances are settled, access will resume to your account.
How far along were you with your store setup? Are you planning to pick up where you left off? Or are you starting a new business idea?
