I need to close my store and make sure all the apps attached will stop billing me too.

Hi, I can no longer use my store. Google has changed the rules so many times that I was never able to sell from it. I need to close my store. I need to make sure all the apps attached will stop billing me too. Please Help. When I close my store can I still keep my domain and how will I know I still have it.

You can try uninstalling before you close your store. You can keep using the domain you had bought with other services. Where did you buy the domain from?

Thanks for the info. How will I know if the apps will stop charging me? 

Also, the domain was purchased on Shopify. How can I keep my domain and still pay for it? I would need to transfer the email address to a new one.

As an app developer, Shopify will either freeze or cancel the charges automatically for you when you close your account or freeze your store.

As for the domain issue, If you no longer want a Shopify-managed domain associated with your Shopify store, then contact support to have it removed. After you remove or disconnect a Shopify-managed domain, you can't manage its settings using the Shopify admin.
