I need to customize SMS notification

Hi, when i want to customize the SMS template for "Shipment", I've got this message : "Custom SMS templates unvailable. Modifying SMS templates is not possible on your plan"

Hi, @NasrEddine,

Hank here from Shopify.

This message appears within the notification section of your admin up until your first invoice has been paid. Once that is done, it unlocks the full editing power of the admin, and you can customize your templates a bit more to suit your store!

If you have made a payment of your first invoice, let me know and I can take a closer look to see if there is something else happening for you!

Thanks for your reply Hank. In this case could you initiate the first invoice payment because i'm still in the trial period and i need urgently the notification sms to launch my store

This is an accepted solution.

As this is account specific, I will just need to verify your account. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions about your store.
