Hi, when i want to customize the SMS template for "Shipment", I've got this message : "Custom SMS templates unvailable. Modifying SMS templates is not possible on your plan"

This message appears within the notification section of your admin up until your first invoice has been paid. Once that is done, it unlocks the full editing power of the admin, and you can customize your templates a bit more to suit your store!
If you have made a payment of your first invoice, let me know and I can take a closer look to see if there is something else happening for you!

As this is account specific, I will just need to verify your account. I will send you an email to the email address attached to this forum's account and confirm some security questions about your store.
Once you reply to that email, I will look into this further for you!

I will send you an email shortly to activate this on your plan. It does require that you are on a paid plan as mentioned, but in some scenarios, the billing team can move you to a paid plan to enable the SMS notifications.
Once you reply to the email, I will be able to look into this further for you.
