Im not able to open my 2 shopify stores

Hi, 

Im not able to open my 2 shopify stores from my desktop.

I have log into my account as usual, and it kept saying technical problem encountered.

It was working all right 2 days ago and has stopped working since yesterday.

Im able to open my 2 stores from my friend's laptop.

PLEASE HELP AS I CANNOT PROCESS MY ORDERS.

Would it be possible to share your store URL and I can check this on my end? 

 

While it may just be localized to your browser or Internet service provider (ISP) as it is working from a friend's laptop, I want to ensure there are no issues with your website.

Can you try to access your website using incognito mode and tell me if you are able to do so?

It may have also just been a temporary issue involving your domain, or something else, but if you share your store URL, I can see if I can notice an issue on my end.

Thank you for your message.

Im able to login to my store via desktop incognito mode, laptop and mobile.

Just i Cant login via my desktop chrome.

my website looks running well.

Just not sure why i cant login via my desktop = chrome browser

Thank you for confirming, and that is great you are able to log in on so many devices!

The fact you are limited with the desktop indicates that there is something happening with this device. Can you try clearing your cache on the desktop? This guide here will help you with the steps needed with your chosen desktop, but let me know if you run into any further issues!
