For some reason for the last week or 2 now I am having numerous incomplete addresses from customers. I first noticed this by customers emailing me to say they had typed in there address yet it was not shown on the order notification.
Since this countless addresses are coming through to my order page always missing the one vital line of there address. If it was just one or 2 I would put this down to customer error, however there are far too many for this to be the case and it is always the second line of the address that is missing
Any ideas as to what could be causing this and how to correct this?
