We started a store a few weeks ago and started noticing something strange with our Facebook ads traffic data.
Our Shopify store and Google Analytics will show 15 visitors coming from Facebook, and Facebook will show 150 link clicks.
So in essence we are paying 10x for the traffic from Facebook. This is such a huge inconsistency between what Facebook says compared to our Google Analytics and Shopify data.
Does anyone know why there is such a huge difference?
We did contact Facebook, and according to them the data is correct.
