Hi, I cancelled my subscription in feb and you have been charging me. I have just checked my bank and you have taken out another payment today

Do you know if another store was created by mistake (or a trial store) with the same email address? I'll need to take a closer look at the account to see why you received the invoice.

No I have never created another store it is only one store with my email
address.
