Thank you for joining the thread and I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the Instagram sales channel. The first thing to check is to make sure you are using the correct Instagram product catalogue, we have some steps on that here in our help centre.  Sometimes there can be two catalogues connected which can cause discrepancies with prices. If this is not the case, I will just need to verify your account. I will send you both an email to the email address attached to this forums account and confirm some security questions about your store. Once you reply to that email, I can take a closer look.

Glad you got the issue sorted. To unsubscribe from the notifications on this post, please click your name on the top right and click 'my settings' then you can adjust them under 'subscriptions and notifications'.
