Invoices on Pause Plan

Hello, 

our billing department needs the invoice for a payment we made to you. Unfortunatly I cannot access the invoice through my account. As soon as I go on my Admin area it just tells me "Your store is currently on the Pause plan". From there I can not do anything beside buying a package. For the moment I would like have the invoice for our last payment please.
