Is it possible to pass event with "inventoryBulkAdjustQuantityAtLocation" GraphQL API

We are having some question related to Shopify API's. Please check the below concern.

For our app i.e. ZapERP we are using "inventoryBulkAdjustQuantityAtLocation" GraphQL API to adjust the Shopify Item Quantity. When the Item quantity is adjusted, in Shopify's Item history the Event is displayed as "Manually Added" & "Manually removed" as shown in the image below.IshanPatil_0-1603726296400.png

So, is it possible to pass custom events from our app when we change/adjust the quantity using "inventoryBulkAdjustQuantityAtLocation" GraphQL API? If yes, then can you please provide a detail of it.

For example, when an item in a particular order is packed, we deduct the inventory quantity for that item. Then immediately, we pass the updated quantity of the packed items to Shopify using the "inventoryBulkAdjustQuantityAtLocation" GraphQL API, but the event name in Shopify item history is shown as "Manually removed". So, is it possible that we can send the Order/Package Id in that event like "Removed 5 qty for Order SO001" instead of "Manually removed"?
