The situation is my customer issued he never receive the order, but the UPS system shows the package was delivered. I'm reporting the package lost as a sender to get the fund back, but the UPS software states that the claim must be submitted from the account the tracking number was shipped from (it was shipped via my Webstore which is not linked to my UPS account) so I dont have that number and cant find any reference to what it should be anywhere. The UPS customer sevice says "if you purchase shipping lable online, there must have a account associate with" Is there any UPS ACCOUT associate with shopify? Where can I have it? I need to complete the Claim!!!
