I have bought a product from Kitchello that is based on Shopify. I am attaching the link below. The seller has processed the payment so it shows in my bank account that the transaction was made to LXTINC. I felt weird that the order was stuck in 'Unfulfilled' stage for a day so ended up contacting the seller 3 times via email and Facebook (https://business.facebook.com/Kitchello-109875070739407). All 3 times, they have not responded back to me. I think this is a scam website.
I am going to contact my bank to reverse the payment but I think you should contact the seller to find out what is going on.
Can you please share what I can do at this point?
Also a user who purchased a fraudulent product from Kitchello (which appears to have now taken down their website, and their email domain bounces back emails).
Luckily, only a $28 mistake, but I would love to hear if Shopify will support or mitigate this going forward.

I haven't heard anything from Shopify, but I found Kitchello's Facebook page and reported them as a scam with Facebook. I also filed a complaint with BBB. Within an hour after filing the complaint with BBB, I received a response from the text I sent Kitchello saying my order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. That was yesterday, so I am still waiting to see if I actually receive a refund.
