Issue with bank account info

Hi,

So I submitted my bank account info but a payout failed for some reason. It's definitely my bank info, I only have one account. I tried updating it with said info but it tells me it's not the same info as what's on record. Not sure how that happened.

How can I fix this?

It sounds as though there may have been a typo in the original banking information you inputted. That's why it's not recognizing the old information when you're trying to update it.

No worries though, our internal team will be able to help you update the information so the payout can go through.

Can you tell me your store URL so I may move our conversation to email to resolve this?

Hi Rose. It's been over 72 hours and I haven't heard from anyone about being able to reset my bank account details.

I need to order new product soon and most of my money is tied up in shopify. I really need this resolved as soon as possible

Hi Rose! I’m having the same issue. I’m getting the error message about the payout failure. Would you be able to resolve this problem? I took your initial advice when you stated that we could deactivate our payments but it didn’t work.
