Issues with Catalog Product Set

I am having some issues with Shopify catalogs. Initially when I started, I was able to see the catalog was correctly organized with product sets in facebook. Unfortunately I had to use a new page because of pixel issue in that page.

 

The new page is connected with catalogs but it has so many issues:

- It doesn't organize anything with product sets

- Products are sync properly. I deleted some products in Shopify, its still showing in facebook catalog

- Sometimes, I see it shows missing 'google_product_category' while sometime it shows everything is fine.

- I am not sure what is the criteria for sync here. Is there any way I can choose how frequently it should update? When I go 'Product Data Sets', its asking for URL which I am not sure what will be.

 

Please help.
