Checkout issue that accrued over the last two days. I have received several emails from customers informing me that they can not purchase anything that’s more than two items in the basket. It comes up with a red box saying “This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information.” I have emailed Shopify several times over the last 2 days with no reply. My store has been working fine up until 2 days ago. I have tried to resolve this issue myself but am completely stuck and worried of my sales. Can someone please help. Kind regards
You can check from the Shopify backend shipping settings if you have done any customize settings for the products or else have you customized any code in your theme which would have affected this.
