Items disappear from the cart!

Hi guys,

Hi guys, I need help with this one.

I have store and for some of the items price is $0, those items are free for client which has log in. 

But after adding to cart they just disappear.

Store link: http://sunrunstore.com/

1. Go to "Co-branded tab" and add any item to the cart

2. After you redirected to the cart you will see how item automatically disappears.

Looks like you've got some scripts running on the cart page that are removing some items. If I had to guess I'd say it's this app doing that: https://apps.shopify.com/order-limits-minmaxify

Any way you can disable that app to test this theory?

Hi Jason,

I've disabled app but the problem is still reproducible. 

Could this be something else?

Ah, poop.

You don't have that many others scripts to pick from -- your site is quite JavaScript lean.

Without sitting down and reviewing all the code you'll have to take another guess at the culprit. Quantity Breaks seems to have some cart actions so maybe that? Generally I would not get someone to disable apps all over the place, but it may be the easiest method for you to self test. You could also reach out to the developer of that app.

Hi Jason,

 

I've fixed it. 

It's turned out that quantity was set for "-1" and when I was adding one item, it showed as "0" in a cart. That's why store was removing those automatically.
