Good Day 

Can anyone assist me with a complaint I have against I paid for a retro shorts from their website in November 2020 and two weeks later they proceeded to send me a tracking number to the item that was invalid, I've tried to reach out to them via email and they just ignore me I even DM'ed them on Instagram to find out what's going and nothing so I read the Privacy Policy and found that they are being hosted by Shopify and that's why I am here for any kind of assistance that will help get clarity on what is going on with the item I paid for
