Just cancel right away an app subcription

I paid,  and then I realised  I don't need it.

They charge me $29 ... how can I be refund. As I pay for zero service  

 

Please advise, this is a quite annoying

Please feel free to reach out to our Support team directly. From there we'll be able to see if refund is possible on this. Typically, if an account is cancelled a day or two after your subscription invoice has been processed, we should be able to process refund.

Hi Oliver, 

I would also like to cancel my shopify subsciption and get a refund, last billed on 19 Jun 2021. How can I do this? Kindly advise.
