Klaviyo flows not sending emails

Has anyone been able to get Klaviyo flows to send emails? I have a trigger setup for all Shopify orders with the email set to live. It shows that Shopify is connect and I can view product info in Klaviyo.

When I make an order, the flow never kicks in and no email is sent. Do I need Shopify plus to use Klaviyo?

Any suggestions would be amazing. Thanks all.

No, you would need to be on the Shopify plus plan to use the likes of Klaviyo, this is available on all of our plans.


It could be a case that the setup is not fully complete, so I will share this guide with you to assist with the setup, it is from Klaviyo's support center.


But if all of the steps have been completed, and you are still having an issue, then I would recommend that you reach out to their support team, you can email them by clicking here.
