I recently filed an LLC for an e-commerce business with a generic name such as "ABC E-Commerce". I plan on using the EIN for this LLC to open up dropshipping stores on Shopify.
Do I need to include the name of my LLC on the dropshipping stores and do I need to have a terms and conditions consent page? Or if a customer purchases a product from a store of mine do they automatically consent with the Shopify terms and conditions?
The reason I ask is because if a customer is unsatisfied and decides to sued me then I need to make sure my LLC is able to protect my personal assets.
