Wondering if there is a way to limit or time orders (not by selling out inventory) but for example, in a restaurant, if I only wanted to allow 3 orders every 15 minutes because of kitchen capacity and rules around COVID (limiting people waiting for orders) Think Open Table, when you go in to book a table, there are only certain times available to book for because there are only so many tables.
