We are looking for a solution when creating an order with a custom product or an existing product in our back end for say a phone order that we need to be be bale to add custom notes for each line item.
We need to be able to add these orders under the customers account since we have many reorders from existing wholesale customers.
If we could shop from the front end for them I guess we would have a note section for each item added tot he cart, but then we would not necessarily be shopping on their account unless we used their login info.
Long story short, is their a way to put an order in under a customers account and have notes for the custom products on each product rather than using the note field for the entire order?
