Hello, perhaps someone can help me:  My company has been on the Shopify platform for many years and we have a technical  issue preventing fulfillment of orders.  Now, shopify has discontinued live support so we were ushered over to email support and for an hour and a half, the problem was not solved. They refused to discuss this with technical support, they gave us two numbers to call both of which had the same tape recordings, they wanted to send us a video to solve their problem, so what does a company on shopify do when they have an issue/problem ???  Thank you. When I log into my site, under orders, I see (53) which has nothing to do with any new orders.  When I then go to bring up new orders, my site says I have 11 new orders, I click it as I have done for over

7 years, and I get 2 new orders and all old orders and no one will assist!
