Locked Store

I am unable to log in to my store, it says that something went wrong and that my store is locked. It has been like that for one week and I don't know what to do. I've seen that this problem also happened to other people so I hope everything can be solved soon. Thanks in advance.

The page literally says the next:

@JMAN3 usually when your store trail is finish it give you this error are you sure its under trail? have you selected the plan?

my store happened the same thing. and I contact the support and they told me our store has some risk (but not saying any specific "risk")

I have been with shopify for 5 years. All of my data are there, it just closed the store without any notice. So ridiculous...
