Log In Troubles

Hi, 

 

A couple of weeks ago I created a Shopify Trial Account which we linked to our website in order to start building it.

Now I'm trying to log-in but it seems the email I'm using is incorrect.

Since this was done together with two colleagues, we can't recall what's the actual email address we used to log-in.

The URL of our website is www.plantkoru.com, we need to retrieve the email address in order to do the log-in and actually subscribe to the Basic Plan.

Hey, @andreasilve

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like the account is currently on trial, and does not have a plan, or payment method added. I'm afraid our support here would be limited in this case as we can not update the email on file without fully verifying the payment information. If you are unable to access your store with the emails you have on hand, then the best step would be to create a new store under the correct email. Once created, we can verify the new store and collect a screenshot from you proving you own the domain so we can help disconnect it from your old store and have it applied to your new store.

Hi Peter,

It's still me, this time with the correct email.

We've re-created the page and here I'm attaching proof of our ownership of the domain www.plantkoru.com.

Could you please help to reconnect the domain to this account?

I'm afraid the screenshot you have provided would not suffice as the screenshot would need to be from the admin area of your domain manager and not an invoice. In order to verify this information, I will need to verify the store. Please respond to my email with the correct screenshot so I can help get this resolved.

I can not accept the image via a public forum, and requires that I verify your store. In order to verify the store, you will need to respond to my email titled "Shopify Forums Support" with the requested information. Until then, I can not proceed with helping with the domain question you have.
