So I’m installing this Paymeant through Shopify! But when I put in the URL to my store it comes up with another email NOT the email that’s on my Shopify store! Anyone know how to fix that

Can you give us a little more context as to what is happening here? What payment gateway are you currently trying to install? Can you share some screenshots of the process so that we can take a look and try to identify the problem? Are you able to log in to your Shopify store currently?
