Thank you for your response. But I would like to know why there is no technical support for frozen accounts. 

You can see my subscription for and you can also seen its frozen. Why can't it be resolved. 

As far as support link is concerned, its very unfortunate that the customers have no access to direct chat. On the community portal, you want me to reveal my personal information? Is that a secure process?
