How do I find my merchant ID when getting the Nets Payment (D2)?

It requires this when trying to add a new payment method that includes the danish MobilePay.

Hello,

I require my Merchant ID number but this information cannot be found in the backend.

How do I go about requesting this?

To obtain your Merchant ID for tax purposes, account access would be required which is not available via the Community at this time. Please visit The Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once logged in, search for a topic to try to assist you with this query, and you will see the option to continue to get to the live support teams below these topics.

Once the team has verified your account, they will be able to provide you with the information you require!
