I was one of the original posters on this thread 5 years ago. Hope this is not an important feature to you because I don’t believe it is important to Shopify. When our sales hit $30k/month, the pain became too great and we left Shopify behind.
Take a look at BigCommerce. Their platform is superior. If you just want a simple website and POS, Square is even a decent option.
Shopify is a black hole...just like this forum. How many replies do you see from Shopify in these 3 pages of urgent requests and polite feedback? I rest my case. They don’t care.

Support staff read things but it seems nothing gets passed on.
