Messenger sales channel not displaying my products

Hi! I'm using messenger sales channel to display my collections in my shopify store. it displays successfully but when I click browse products in a collection it doesnt display anything. I've tried searching what might be the problem and I find out that my products need to have variants so I tried filling that out and it works, it displays my products. The only problem is what if I have a product that doesnt need a variants? Like jewelries and some stuff like that. Is there a way to display my products in that way? Thanks!

I have the same issue. Before when I didn't have any collection, its working fine, Now that I have a collection, the browse button appeared and is not working

Staff from Shopify tried to help me. But it didn't work though. I
disconnect with Messenger for a month and try to connect after that it's
working properly now.

I connected it but just got blank thumbnails I added a pic to one of my collection sections and still nothing now I get the error We don't have products to show right now.

 

Am i doing something wrong?

 

Can someone show the steps in bullet points
