Missing Shopify payout

Hello, I am missing a payout from November 30. Shopify said it was sent to my bank. My bank never received it. I have not changed My banking information where’s my money

I appreciate that could be frustrating. The funds might not appear in your bank account right after they're sent. Banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits to your bank account.
