Hi, can anyone advise if it is possible to change the shipping on an order after the order has been received and paid for?
With the current COVID-19 restrictions we can only offer a delivery option but we forgot to remove the Click & Collect option from the dropdown. The net result has been that we've received orders for Collect & Collect which we need to change to Delivery only.
Can the shipping be changed retrospectively? The delivery option will mean we'll need to charge more for the same order.
