Monthly subscription URGENT PAYMENT

Hi,

My first monthly subscription comes out on the 23rd but Ive got a few issues with my bank that only be resolved by the 25th due to COVID. Im unsure to what will happen if they cant recieve the monthly subscription payment. Can it be taken out of my payouts that hasnt been processed yet? Or will it be okay if the payment goes through two days later.

Great question! Our systems will typically attempt to charge your card a total of three times over the course of 3-6 days if the first attempt is not successful as we do not freeze a store due to non-payment on the first unsuccessful attempt. In your case, you should be okay as your billing period is today, but you aim to have your bank issues resolved by the 25th which would put you within the timeframe for the second or third attempt. If you need more time, then let me know as I would be happy to verify the store and review whether or not we are able to provide an extension on your invoice.
