Hi All,

I currently have multiple warehouse inventory enabled on shopify, but I was wondering how I could display the warehouse + inventory count on the product page?

I tried looking for the multiple warehouse documentation but I couldn't find much, any help would be great please point me in the right direction

Hi nhan,

Nick here from Shopify.

Just to confirm and make sure I'm on the same page as you. You are currently using multiple warehouse inventory through Shopify natively (not via an app) which is working perfectly, but you want to display the inventory information publicly on your product pages? Could you confirm that and share a URL as well as the name of the theme you are using please and I can look into this for you further? I have no doubt the ability to do this is possible, but just to know a few more details of your current set up will be a huge help to finding out the best next step on how to do it.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best, Nick

Hi, my app Simple Purchase Orders can show you your inventory count across warehouses, we fully support multi-location inventory management.

It allows you to set up suppliers and import products and set cost prices. You can then automatically generate purchase orders from orders your customers make and it will import all of the items they order and their address and email it to your supplier. This should help you reduce time spent fulfilling orders and eliminate mistakes.

Please check it out and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Nick.

I'm using the minimal theme and my test site URL can be located at:

https://fcl-proof-of-concept.myshopify.com/collections/tools/products/4147716

I've added the javascript code that I've seen elsewhere to show inventory, but this is the summary of inventory and not by location.

Hi Ghost Apps, does it update the product page to show the inventory by location?

Hi Nick, thanks for the prompt response

My store is nhan-bike-test.myshopify.com and right now its not really quite polished, but on the product page for the bike you can see inventory by variants,

Yes I am using the shopify native function, not an app, and yes I am looking to display inventory / warehouse information publicly

URL: https://nhan-bike-test.myshopify.com/products/roadster-classic

Theme: Timber

Note: I am familiar with web development so just the code to access inventory count + warehouse name would be great, I tried looking into the variant object but couldn't find inventory count by warehouse or warehouse id

Hi nhan and Cecil,

Thanks for getting back to me with more information about this.

I did some further digging for you on this and found out from a higher level support team there is a technical issue with this which the team is currently working on fixing. I will continue to track and keep an eye on this and once there is an update from our end I will update it in this thread.

Cheers, Nick
