Must the shopify name be the same as the General trading license name here in the UAE

Hi

I am looking to set up an online store here in the UAE. This might be a rudimentary question at this point but we have a general trading license here in the UAE but would like our online web name to be different. Is this possible?

Hey, @CouchKart 

Technically speaking, on our end, we allow our merchants to use whatever name they want (as long as it's not already in use) when signing up with Shopify. Your question would be best answered by a local business/tax professional based in the UAE to give you more insight regarding their rules and regulations.
