Hi there, I see this post was from a while ago. Were you able to resolve this? Three weeks ago, many customers began emailing us saying they're not able to checkout due to an 'invalid' address, when it is actually correct. We've received many emails, and our orders are lower than usual due to this problem. Some orders come through, but my fear is all of those who do not...and the customer didn't take the time to let us know. Any advice is much appreciated! We have no idea what's going on.
