My Shop is currently unavailable

On 19 Jan, I've created my store using Shopify. But after submitting my debit card information it says "We'll Be Back Soon" and the store is currently unavailable. I've contacted the Support team but got no reply (it's the 52nd hour running now). Can anyone please let me know, what should I do now?

Thank you for supplying your ticket number! Taking a look, the ticket was escalated on Tuesday to our Accounts team for further review. Escalations typically take between 24-72 business hours; however, there may be a delay in hearing back as we're heading into a weekend, and our teams may be dealing with a large number of tickets. Nevertheless, as soon as our ticket has been reviewed, you'll be the first to know as they'll reach out to you via email. 

For security reasons, I have removed your ticket number from your initial reply.
