My Shop is currently unavailable

I registred a shopify store few days ago, i customized the theme, set up payment. Looks perfect. But after i added my credit card details to complete the payment , something went wrong. and everything was down, i cant even access my dashboard or contact support.

 

Please help.

This does sound quite strange alright. It's difficult to see what might be going and causing this without any more details or taking a closer look. I will reach out to you directly at the email you signed up to the community with to verify some details for security and privacy reasons and we can investigate.

It's difficult to know why this might be happening without taking a look at your store.
