Just to clarify, are you unable to sign in to your account? Is the email address you use to sign in to the account no longer available? Can I just ask a little more about what you mean by "blocked"? Is the error you are seeing coming from your email provider or within Shopify?
I have the same issue. it says:
Shopify Email is blocked for your store
You will not be able to send campaigns to your subscriber list. Contact support to troubleshoot
But I can't reach shopify or find any information to fix it.

When you try to contact support with the link you mentioned here, what happens when you try to contact us? If you can't log in, can you sign in as a guest as shown here instead? Our Facebook and Twitter team are also available too if you would prefer, rather than the help centre link.
