This is a joint account managed by two people in two different countries.
I tried to upgrade my plan to Shopify basic plan but as soon as I entered my credit card info and tried to proceed, the store went offline.
When I tried to contact support, it did not allow me to choose my store because it was offline.
mercy-cosmetics-india.myshopify.com is currently unavailable.
Would you help me to resolve this issue?
