My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Shopify $79 package. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks on the schedule. I already talked with the chat support on Jun 17, 2021. Also, I don't know why they escalated my case to Shopify's Risk Operations Team, and since then I've not received any feedback. When it comes to billing-related questions that involve the Shopify risk team, you will have to communicate with them directly via their ticket with you in order to go about resolving your current hold on your account. Rest assured, they will get back to you as soon as they can once they have updated information for you.
