My Store is Currently Unavailable

Dear Shopify,

 

My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule. 

I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can't login! Please help me. My ticket is 13626355

It's 2 days. My store is still unavailable and can't login to my store. Also no response from Accounts teams. Please help me.

Hey @Serhii26

  1. First send an email to Shopify support and get A ticket
  2. Start a new topic describing your problem in Shopify community.
  3. Try to live chat with Shopify support. They may help you better. I have chatted with them about my matter and then my problem was solved.
