My customer can’t complete her checkout

One customer contacted me saying she can’t get to checkout to complete her order. (Another person has since ordered with no problem) I’m brand new at troubleshooting and not sure what to ask customer or where to start. I did offer to create an order and email invoice to her but I can’t find the products she wants in my shop, only certain variants are coming up of the things she wants.
Any help would be hugely appreciated to guide me on the correct path. I’m not sure I even know what I need to ask or look for. Thankyou in advance.

Thankyou so much for your reply.

We managed to fix the issue by changing the checkout to drawer (?) instead
of page?
She wasn’t able to scroll down any further than 3 items in her cart.

She has trialled our changes and they worked perfectly.
