I had sent my ID and bill from the very start to use Shopify Payment but now i got a message sayin :
Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account
Contact Support for next steps on this standard review. This hold does not prevent your customers from checking out.
Now why do my payments are in HOLD when i didn't even start designing my store ?!!
Plus i didn't even received any email about that, i just discovered by connecting to my account.

AND the website is so bad that when i click on the link and try to contact the support, i have to chose again my store (even if i'm already connected) and nothing happen.
I can't even contact the support because after chosing the store, it redirect us to the original page and nothing happen.
Now why is my account is on hold when i didn't even start to design my website ?!
