Hi,
I sent 3 or 4 mail to your support team,Your support team sent a ticket mail but no one concact with me for solution.My store is unavailable and ı'm still waiting for a solution from you,please help me as soon as possible.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this. I can see that my colleague has received your email and that they have escalated this to the relevant team. This will be handled by this escalated team. As soon as there is an update they will reach out to you directly via email on that ticket. This generally takes 3-5 business days. My store too went unavailable all of the sudden and shows it currently unavailable in the front and backend. It has been  3 days since I have lodged a ticket and yet there is no reply from the team. How can we have our stores unavailable for days. There is a lot of work pending and none of my team members are able to access the accounts. Also, can I know what caused this issue?
