Hi,
I sent 3 or 4 mail to your support team,Your support team sent a ticket mail but no one concact with me for solution.My store is unavailable and ı'm still waiting for a solution from you,please help me as soon as possible.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this. I can see that my colleague has received your email and that they have escalated this to the relevant team. This will be handled by this escalated team. As soon as there is an update they will reach out to you directly via email on that ticket. This generally takes 3-5 business days. There is no way to expedite this as it is in a queue with other stored in similar situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

I got it,They sent a mail for explain that condition.I'm going to wait for their solution mail.
