my website slumberbunny.myshopify.com has been unavailable for the past 2 days right after i payed for the subscription on my account. Is there any way i can solve this soon?

Do you have an open ticket number yet? If so, please let me know what it is!

If not, you can reach out to our support directly here. Since you won't be able to log in, be sure to select the option not to log in before you enter your question in the router. From there, you can connect with our support directly and we can look into your account.

Hello I have the same issue.

I tried to send an email to support center but I got a reply saying that a ticket was not created.

I need to solve this issue since I paid for a custom domain and now it seems my store has been closed.

To contact our team, first head to this link here and log into your store.

Once you're logged in, please enter your question in the search bar. Doing this will present you with links to relevant documentation on our Help Center, as well as an option to contact us directly if you require further help:

If you are unable to login, you can choose the "Continue without logging in" option at the start and continue through the same process.
